well, my first giveaway has come and gone, and it's time to announce the winner. i picked names out of a hat, and the winner is kickpleat! i contacted you last night, so i hope to hear from you soon to get that little tote off to its new home!

i must say i was totally overwhelmed by the number of people who left such lovely comments on my post. i read them all, and visited all your blogs and shops. it's nice to have found so many new people and places to check out! thankyou all for your kind words about my shop and my work. i've had a fun time creating my goods, and i'm glad to hear they're appreciated. today marks my one-month anniversary since opening on etsy. while the sales haven't been flying in, i am happy with where i've gotten, and the recognition and welcome i've had is more than i could have asked for! having my 'choose your own' cloth blocks in the etsy baby gift guide was a huge surprise, and i'm so thrilled with the traffic that has come my way. i'm sending off two custom block sets this week, and i can only hope that the babes who receive them love them as much as i do. i'll be posting some pictures of them later in the week.

things around here have been crazy busy, so i haven't been keeping up with my blog posts as well as i may have liked. i hope to get back to my regular schedule now. look for some new etsy imagery later today...
